Fundraising Minimum
In order to participate in Bike MS: Pedal to the Point Ride 2012, cyclists MUST fundraise a minimum of $250 prior to the event. If you have not turned in the minimum prior to picking up your rider number you will be asked to sign a promise to pay form giving us a credit card number to secure the remainder of the amount owed. You will have until September 30, 2012 to continue fundraising and meet that goal. If your $250 is not met by September 30, your card will be charged for the remaining balance. People with MS depend on us. This is why we depend on you.
Volunteer
The Ohio Buckeye Chapter could not host Bike MS without the support from dedicated volunteers in the community. If you would like to join the planning committee, please email rebecca.bailey@nmss.org. You can Join the Movement and help us move closer to a world free of MS!
Important: Underage Rider Policy
In an effort to help minimize risk during the Bike MS event, the Ohio Buckeye Chapter has adopted a policy for underage riders. Effective 10/1/07, in order to participate in any Bike MS event, the following guidelines must be followed: All underage riders MUST be 12 years of age or older by the start of the Bike MS Ride All underage riders must have a signed and notarized waiver on file All underage riders must be accompanied by a parent/responsible adult (at least 21 years of age) at all times If a child is on a tandem, all requirements above still apply No trailers, carriers, or tagalongs will be permitted on the route
