Mission First Club & Prizes

You qualify for a fundraising prize based on the amount of money you raised by October 31, 2014. You can select your Bike MS prize or you can donate your prize back to the Society and join the Mission First Club.  

Mission First Club

The Mission First Club provides an opportunity for you to direct funds that would be spent on prizes back to our important mission of bettering the lives of those living with MS. By generously donating your Bike MS prize back to the chapter, your gift will help us to continue to deliver quality programs and services to Ohioans affected by MS.

Club members will be given the option to purchase a Mission First item to honor and show their dedication to the cause. Additional information regarding the jersey and joining the Mission First Club will be sent along with your prize information.

Prize Process

A Prize Award Form will be mailed to you shortly after your respective Bike MS event along with a return envelope and thank you letter. Next you will need to:

1. Complete the Prize Award Form by indicating what prize you would like based on the contributions you have already turned in. Again, you have until October 31 to keep fundraising to reach your targeted prize level.

2. If you are selecting to join the Mission First Club you will need to check that box next to your prize level and ONLY complete the back of the form if you are purchasing the Mission First Item.

3. Once you have made your prize selection, mail the form back to us in the self-addressed envelope we provide.

For Cyclists Selecting to Receive an Online Prize:

After completing step 3 from above:

1. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after October 31.

2. The certificate will include instructions and a code for you to be able to redeem the prize of your choice from our online store. See below for individual prize levels.
